DataMax Services Purchases the Assets of Vision POS

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DataMax Services, a sister company of DataMax System Solutions, announced at the National Retail Federation’s (NRF) 99th Annual Convention the acquisition of Vision Point-of-Sale based in Glenview, Illinois. Vision POS is a leading provider of on-site maintenance and POS hardware throughout the United States and Canada. The purchase includes Vision’s entire maintenance business, their state of the art technical facility, all engineering machinery, as well as their extensive inventory of point of sale equipment.
